NJ Youth Horse Person of the Year Application

The Thoroughbred Breeders' Association of New Jersey is pleased to share information regarding the NJ Youth Horse Person of the Year competition.

To be eligible, contestants must be permanent legal residents of New Jersey between the ages of 15 and 19. Candidates should be well-versed in one or more areas of the horse industry, such as riding, driving, training, or breeding.

Please note the following requirements:

- Each contestant must represent an organization that is a current member of the New Jersey Equine Advisory Board (the Thoroughbred Breeders' Association of New Jersey is a qualifying member).

- Contestants may represent only one organization.

- Each organization may sponsor only one competitor.
